Our self-owned factory in Baoding is equipped with 30 rapier looms and complete testing equipment. Fabric width ranges from 10CM to 240CM, weight from 120g to 400g. Daily weaving capacity reaches 200,000 pieces, monthly output exceeds 5 million pieces. Our fabrics are featured with strong water absorption, oil-proof, lint-free and excellent detergency.
We are equipped with 3 automatic cutting machines and 50 edge locking machines to ensure neat cutting and firm stitching. All finished products go through high-temperature washing, dust removal, static elimination and antibacterial treatment, with secondary quality inspection and drying to ensure hygiene and safety.
We support various packaging styles and custom logo printing. Strict 5-step quality inspection is carried out in the whole production process, and the defective rate is controlled below 2%.
We support full customization on size, gram weight, color, craft and package. Sample lead time is 7-10 days, standard order delivery takes about 10 days, and customized color card orders take 25-30 days. We accept both small and bulk orders with fast delivery arrangement.
