After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.
We promise the mold can be used more than five years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.
